eCollections is the most powerful, yet easy to use software on the market!  Our system is fully documented, and it’s actually really good documentation, but we wouldn’t dream of installing the software and leaving our clients to fend for themselves.  Companies in our industry typically spend upwards of $7,500 for new software training!  We offer UNLIMITED training to our clients absolutely FREE!  Now, don’t think that this is some cheesy CD, intelligence-insulting CBT, or worse some lame book containing “everything you need to know about nothing.” 

Here your training is provided via the web by real-live, humans that speak your  language.  Each one has years of hands-on practical experience with eCollections.  Ask questions, test them, pitch scenarios, and say “What if . . .”, “Can I . . .”, and “Will it . . .” until you’re hoarse!  Need a refresher course 6 months from now – just call.  Want to know all the great features you’re not using – just call.  Want to know how to get the most out of the latest release – read the manual.  Just kidding!  CALL and schedule some time with one of our friendly training consultants.  For a reasonable fee we’ll even send a Senior Training Consultant to your site and provide hands-on classroom training as often as you want it!

To supplement our existing training and provide an instant refresher wherever you are, we are incorporating interactive tutorials along with our comprehensive documentation that's already in the software!
