eCollections ships with about 90 standard reports and these are reports you will actually USE!   It doesn't stop there.  Everyone likes to see reports formatted differently or wants to see some specific information that is unique to their company.  We make things easy and give you two options for reporting.  Develop them yourself OR let us do it!  Let us know what you want to see, how you want to see it.  Chances are we already have something close in our custom report library.  We’ll write the reports you need and add them to your eCollections report library.  Some of our competitors charge each time you run a special report – not here.  It’s your report – run it as often as you like!

Dashboards & Scorecards

Beyond reports we also provide graphic dashboards so you can see key performance indicators at a glance.  How would you like to know what collections were yesterday, how many calls were made, the number of right party contacts, and the resulting payment plans - in seconds at a glance without looking at a bunch of long reports?  With eCollections you can!  We can work with you to define your key performance indicators (KPI's) and put together a nice customized dashboard and scorecard specific to your business.
