The Account Summary form is where most of the collection work takes place. Here collectors can do EVERYTHING they need to do!  A few of the things they can do: View and change debtor information, add contact notes, schedule tasks, arrange a payment plan, send a letter, view reports, see payment histories, and more. This form was designed so that collectors can view most key information at-a-glance.
