eCollections is very robust and highly scalable.  Most of the features you need are already there and ready to use.  We understand that every business does things differently and we designed eCollections to be  flexible and easy to adapt to your needs with things like user defined forms, business rules, process automation, and custom workflows.  If there is something you need that we can't cover in any of those other ways or you want something specific - we can do that!
 

Interfaces and Application Integration

The most requested custom thing we do is make 2 or more applications work together.  There are literally hundreds of applications out there that can be interfaced or integrated with eCollections.  We have a library of interfaces to common applications such as accounting systems, predictive dialers, call recording, voice/call processing and analysis, and many others.  We can also provide real-time integration in many cases - as long as the other system supports it.  By utilizing our library we can often provide interfaces and integration in half the time and at half the cost of other companies.
